Please join us in welcoming new Board members to SHAREcircle Board of Directors! Obviously, each of the new members brings in a wealth of unique and pertinent skills that will just make SHARE’s board more effective and more functional, which in turn will enable us to further and accomplish SHARE’s goals in the years to come.

The Board of Directors is the governing body of SHARE. It is responsible for providing the oversight of SHARE’s activities in accordance with overall policy guidance of SHARE.

The Board holds two regular sessions and an annual session. Presently, the SHARE Board of Directors has four officers. The officers are elected by the Board of Directors for a five-year term at one of the sessions from among Board members. The Board year is from January 1 to December 31.
